Full BIO — I am a 500 E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance, completing 500 hours of accredited training and leading over 2,500 hours of yoga and meditation. I own, operate, and teach at You, Yourself, and Yoga in Kirksville, Missouri, and provide online and virtual yoga through classes, workshops, retreats, and an on-demand yoga membership.
First finding yoga after a serious car accident, my yoga practice looked anything but strong and flexible. I couldn’t do Downdog. And while I started yoga hoping to regain strength and mobility in my dominant arm, what kept bringing me back to my mat was how good I felt emotionally and mentally. It changed my life.
From there, I am here. Not only is my arm strong, my mind is so much healthier and happier. It’s also why I HAD to teach, to share this practice that saved me.
My style is laid-back and heart forward.
I deliver big time yoga with a small town community and feel.
I am the yogi for “normal,” “regular” people.
