“Just enough structure”

“I felt like each session provided just enough structure to keep me grounded while also giving me ways to reflect on the practice/develop my own practice later on.

“The 3 biggest areas of impact for me were (1) having a structured time to refocus on things that matter that I did not have to organize and lead myself; (2) having a time slot that was during a work day but not too long or to short; and (3) recognizing that meditation practice can be used in many ways–for personal strength/health, for work productivity, for spiritual growth, etc. I was definitely seeing it in a more limited way before now.
