“I would recommend this [Meditation Series] to a friend because the guided meditations were good, there was time to ask you questions before/after each session, the journals and pens were perfect for jotting down notes while you were giving tips/info, the reflection question handouts were good for people who don’t usually journal and would like to try/start, it was nice that mats, bolsters and blocks were provided and already set out and we didn’t have to even put them away afterward.”
