Setting an Intention

In yoga and meditation practices, it can be common for an instructor or guide to cue you to choose and set an intention for practice. It can be confusing or unclear for some who feel they haven’t been instructed on what that means or given examples.

Hopefully I can help clear things up and get you on the track. Just like the meditation and yoga practice as a whole, you are the only one who knows what resonates and works for you and what you need. Trust yourself and go with it.
