Mindset & Manifestation: Free, 5- Day Challenge to Create Your Own In-Home Yoga Space

Our lives look a lot differently this week than even a month ago, and many of us are spending more time at home or moving more of our activities home as businesses close and we are asked to practice social distancing.

It can be hard to adjust to these changes and find a new normal. It can also be somewhat exciting to create a new lifestyle or routine. Practicing yoga more consistently at home might be one of those wishes or goals for this time in our lives. However, creating an in-home yoga space can feel like a big task.

That’s where this five-day email challenge comes in. When you sign up, you will immediately receive a downloadable workbook that you can print out or just view and use to guide your brainstorming. Then, each day, for five days, you will receive an email with a video and other fun, extra content to help you chip away at developing and creating a space in your home that serves you.

Each day will address a common roadblock:
Day One — The Right Space
Day Two – “It’s just not the Same”
Day Three – Logistics/Scheduling
Day Four – Accountability
Day Five – Resources

I hope you will join me and have fun manifesting and creating your ideal space over the next five days and beyond. All spaces in our home evolve over time, and your yoga space will be no different.
I also hope that you will share this challenge with others who might be transitioning their practice and exercise regimen to their home.

We are in this together.
