Finding a New Self-Care Routine

Many of us are working different hours or starting to work from home. Maybe we have children also at home to balance as well as our self-care. How are you doing at finding your new schedule? Are you keeping yourself as a priority? Between work and children and home responsibilities, where is your yoga practice?

Give yourself some grace in this process of making a new schedule. Plan your “ideal week” and make sure to include appointments with yourself for exercise, meditation, yoga, reading, journaling, etc.
