Stop giving yourself bad advice :)

Why is it that we often give ourselves different answers or different advice than we would give to someone else if they asked us?

If someone else was telling us they really needed to prioritize self-care and was considering a Beginner’s Course in yoga to help get started. What would you say? What if they told you they figured they wouldn’t because they haven’t finished other things they have bought? Would you bash them for their previous failures and agree that they should never buy anything else again?

If someone else told us they thought about enrolling in an online yoga membership so that they could have classes on their own schedule and be able to yoga at home, but they are worried they won’t use it every day, what would you say?

Maybe we need to speak to ourselves more like we speak to others. Check out my video for more about this topic and my suggestions….and hang around at the end for me to speak to you as that friend. 🙂
