January Weekend Yoga Retreat: Goals and Gumption

A new year is approaching, and it’s time to dream, plan, and pursue a great year ahead at my live, virtual weekend yoga retreat January 7 – 9.

You can stay sane; stay safe, and stay home.
You can step away from the day-to-day and focus on yourself without the costly expense of traveling and without being away from your family.

You can prepare for a wonderful new year and come back to feeling your best self, grounded, centered, and ready to go.

Let’s Retreat
8 hours over 3 days 

  • Sessions held via Zoom (free to use)
  • Retreat with family or friends from anywhere
  • Recordings of sessions (three day access) sent to all participants
  • Beginner friendly mix of meditation, yoga, and workshop/discussion
  • Evening Meditation to set an intention for the weekend
  • Morning Vinyasa flows on Saturday and Sunday
  • Workshop and Workbook content to set goals and design an action plan full of Gumption
