Summer is always a bit of a chaotic time. I thought it might be helpful to clarify my Wednesday evening class dates for this summer, from now until Labor Day AND talk about the fun theme we will explore together!

Other than those four weeks, I will be on my mat in the studio and via Zoom. You can join via Zoom for $7. All the info about and link to join can be found here.
Also, this summer throughout June, July, and August, my Wednesday evening Vinyasa will be themed around the Yamas & Niyamas. These are the ethical principles of yoga and will allow us to dive a bit deeper into them, individually, and then flow together in a Vinyasa themed around each Yama or Niyama.
This special series in-person @You, Yourself, and Yoga in Kirksville, MO, is $10/class to drop-in or $75 for the entire series.
