In this video I share how my summer project of cleaning out and organizing our storage areas taught me a lot about motivation and the ups and downs of staying “on track.”

Progress and Results are really the key. In the middle there comes a break through moment, where we maybe see the other side or see the maintenance level. The key is staying through to that point and overcoming the lulls.
