Goals: They are about Becoming a Person Who Could

We need to set stretch goals to keep ourselves always striving and growing. Often I hear goals being discussed as whether or not they were met and nothing more. That misses a key component to the point of goal setting. While achieving the goals is what we work toward, the end result is not the only point. Even if we do not reach the goal but make progress, we are still moving toward becoming a person who could and who does.
