We love studio classes because of the class and the community and also because of how we feel there. It has an energy and a vibe that cannot be replicated, and that is good. There is a need for the studio and studio practices in our lives.
However, we can find ways to bring a touch of that studio feeling with us, at home, at work, on the go. I have a few tips, organized by goal — bringing the breath, bringing the space, and bringing the health — AND organized by time commitment — the quickest tip, 5 minutes or less tip, and a 10+ minute tip for each goal.
