Many of you already know, but in case you don’t, I upload new, short yoga flows twice a month on my YouTube Channel, and here is what was new this month:
To celebrate the New Moon, I shared a yoga practice designed for post-workout stretching.
I have a lot of runners who know they need to yoga (who know they need to yoga more than they probably do), and October is often a great time for road and trail races. Even though this flow is titled Yoga after a Run or Race, it is great after any good workout or walk to keep the hamstrings and hips stretched.
Today, to celebrate the Full Moon, you can enjoy my newest 25-minute flow. It’s titled as a flow for uncertainty. For me, the change of seasons is always a bit of an upheaval, and I definitely struggle to release the longer, warmer days of spring and summer as we transition to fall and winter.
