The time is now. Don’t wait for 2022 and your next New Year’s Resolutions to once again say that “this will be the year I focus on my health/wellness/fitness.”
By the time 2022 comes around you could be well on your way, and think where you could be by this time next year
…..where you could be in how you feel in your own skin
….where you could be in your relationships with family and friends when you are happier in your own mind
… where you could be in how you feel about your energy levels
…. where you could be in how you feel when you get out of bed without reaching for the Aleve/Tylenol/Ibuprofen.
Give yoga with me one year. Invest in yourself, and see what the investment becomes.
Stop judging yourself for a lack of results when you didn’t make the investment in the resources to truly help yourself.
Stop feeling alone in the journey, and join a supportive community. Bring a friend in with you, if you want.
There are many ways to start. I have a few spots for private sessions, and you can email me if you would like to check availability for 30 or 60 minute sessions.
My online, on-demand membership is also the best way, even by itself, to grow a consistent and nourishing practice:
It gives you 24/7 access to yoga and meditation so that you can plan your weeks and days in ways that work for you rather than the studio or my schedule.
It gives you variety in length of practice and style. Different days need different practices, so there are short and challenging to wake you up, long and gentle to help you relax and unwind and everything inbetween. Sculpt, Vinyasa, Relaxed Flow, Restorative, Yin, Meditation. It’s all in there, and the library grows and changes each month.
It gives you access to a supportive community so that you can stay motivated or recharge when you have a lull. It’s also an investment that you can make each month for the resource you need.
Still questioning if it is worth it? Ask those around you — do you think it’s worth it? See what they say. I bet you already know the answer.
If it will help you feel better, give it a year, and see what you have to gain.
Think where you could be and how you could feel one year from now. I can’t wait to get started with you.
