What would you say to an 8-week, hands-on, community-focused, safe, step-by-step, online group yoga program for beginners?
After five years of teaching yoga and becoming a 500 E-RYT, I have found so much fulfillment introducing people to yoga to determine whether it is the transformational practice for them that it has been for me.
Being comfortable, staying safe, and focusing on nourishment are keys to my teaching. In this small group program, we will practice together, trouble shoot poses and alternatives, and work together in community to flirt with this new practice.
It can be an unknown, unclear transition from hardcore, push through exercise programs of our past to a nourishing-based practice of feeling good while also building strength and tone. That’s where I come in and walk by your side.
I’m on a mission to help people find their unique yoga practice and would love you to join in.
The old days of forcing ourselves to complete a hardcore workout or push past the pain and barely being able to walk the next day are over. Even the days of believing yoga should be a certain way or look a certain way are over.
I work to adapt the practice for the person, not the person for the practice.
We all start at 0.
