Yoga Tip: Strengthen your core with Pilates Roll-ups

I love pilates roll-ups. Sometimes in Yoga Sculpt I even have us do super slow roll-ups (roll a little bit down and hold, little bit further and hold, all the way down, and then come up a little bit and hold, up a little bit and hold, all the way back up…major shaking, and it’s awesome). They fire up the core.

Make sure you know the proper form for these roll-ups, and if you are like many who are working up to nailing proper form, THAT’S OK! In this video tutorial, I am going to show you a great way to build up to them that keeps the focus on building that core strength.

Enjoy – and no matter what, just keep practicing.
