What “Find Your Edge” means

Sometimes yoga is hard. You are remembering your right from your left, working to learn poses correctly, trying to keep your breath, wondering how much longer that darn yoga instructor is going to make you stay in this pose.

Then, you hear something else added to the mix — your instructor says “Find your edge in this pose.”

Umm…what does that mean? Can he/she tell I haven’t yet found my edge and is speaking to me? Am I doing it wrong? How do I know if I found it? What if I lost it and didn’t realize?

Don’t worry. Watch my video above about what it means. It’s a great benefit to your practice. Oh, and make sure you Like my Facebook page Yoga with TG so you can watch my LIVEs LIVE!
