Sometimes as winter drags on or as the spring days arrive we can lose our focus on those New Year’s Resolutions we set just a few months back. OR we have a few days or weeks where we fall off the wagon and then think it is hopeless, that we failed, and we start to give up on those goals.
We set those goals for a reason. They are meaningful. They would change our lives if we reached them. We don’t need to give up on them just yet. We can regroup, refresh, spend some time re-framing and refocusing.
Cut yourself some slack. Set a minor goal for this week. Use my free goal setting workbook that you can grab here or below to help you restart. It uses tenants of Hope Theory (goals, agency, pathways) to help steer you toward success.
